How much does Zolmi cost?
Choose your staff count and monthly or annual billing to compare START and PRO in AUD. The pricing page shows each plan’s features and SMS pricing, so you can check the cost for your team.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
You can turn off renewal so your subscription ends at the end of the period you have paid for. Cancelling an annual plan does not turn it into a monthly plan. If you need a copy of your data, contact us before your subscription ends.
How can Zolmi help reduce missed appointments?
Appointment reminders and confirmation links help clients remember their booking and tell you they are coming. Make your cancellation policy clear when clients book, and check your reminder settings during setup. If online deposits are enabled for your salon, you can also ask clients to pay a deposit when booking.

Can I try Zolmi, and is there a booking commission?
You can try Zolmi free for 14 days without a credit card. Zolmi does not charge commission on salon bookings. SMS and payment-processing charges are separate from booking commission; check the costs for the services you choose.
